Test Engineer Senior Sales Executive Marketing Specialist Public Relations Manager

Summary of Essential Job Functions

  • Through the application of systems analysis techniques and procedures, assess and diagnose issues in DEACOM in conjunction with support specialists to continuous QA to the system
  • Facilitate management’s understanding of a build’s capability to perform all necessary functions for deployment to external sites.
  • Test the software using both automated and manual test scripts, focusing on the end user’s point of view.
  • Document bugs with the software in a clear and concise manner; follow up as necessary.
  • Assist developers in decisions regarding new system functionality, enhancements, and development of functional design specifications.
  • Create, measure, and understand testing metrics in order to track progress.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Detailed knowledge of manufacturing business processes
  • At least two (2) years of related work experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field
  • Knowledge of databases and large-scale software systems
  • Experience with ERP software
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Outstanding attention to detail and follow through
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Requirements

  • Prior Enterprise sales experience
  • Proven ability to win long sales cycle, high dollar sales
  • Strong presentation/communication skills
  • Comfortable speaking to senior level executives
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Basic knowledge of common software applications, such as Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of manufacturing and accounting practice

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Graphic Design, or similar.
  • 2 years of in-house marketing support experience or a combination of in-house and agency experience.
  • Experience with event planning and logistics.
  • Excellent writing, editing and communication skills with an ability to distill technical information into content (print and web) that is easily consumable to appropriate audiences and of interest to the media and prospective customers.
  • Some experience with HTML, Javascript, and other web scripting tools.
  • Experience with reputation management, SEO, and social media management.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.

  • Stay up to date on industry trends, public relations and social media best practices and recommend, implement and improve internal and external processes.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or similar.
  • 4+ years of in-house technology public relations experience or a combination of in-house and agency experience.
  • Experience managing public relations agencies, comfortable providing strategic and tactical direction both proactively and reactively.
  • Excellent writing, editing and communication skills with an ability to distill technical information into content that is easily consumable to appropriate audiences and of interest to the media and prospective customers.
  • Experience with reputation management, SEO, and social media management.
  • Able to easily build relationships with internal constituents, external agencies, customers and the media.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
